The "European Innovation Scoreboard 2010", divulged in Brussels by the European Commission, reveals that Portugal has once again climbed in the innovation ranking, having gone from the 16th to the 15th place in the EU27. Portugal recorded the biggest growth amongst "moderate innovators", a group it now leads, having also recorded the biggest growth in the European Union.
